The operator of the mygooly.com web application (hereinafter “Service”) is:

mygooly.com provides a tool for managing football matches, live score tracking, penalty games and team management (hereinafter “App”). The App is provided “as is” and the Operator does not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation.

The App can be used without registration (anonymous access). Registered users gain access to extended features. Users must:

• protect their login credentials and not share access with third parties,
• provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration,
• immediately notify the Operator of any unauthorised use of their account.

4.1 Processing names and results — legitimate interest

Entering player names, surnames and sports results is permitted under the legitimate interest of a sports club (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The user is responsible for having an appropriate legal basis and, for players under 15, for obtaining verifiable parental consent for any processing beyond result sheets.

4.2 Recommendations for youth players

For players under 15 without parental consent for public results, we recommend using nicknames or initials.

4.3 Prohibition on identity misuse

• creating records under the name of an existing club or a real player without their explicit consent,
• entering personal data with the intent to harm or harass the person concerned,
• collecting or exporting personal data of third parties from the App for commercial purposes.

4.4 Transfer of liability

In the event of a breach of these rules, all liability rests with the user who entered the data. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these rules.

4.5 Additional user obligations

• misusing or attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' data,
• uploading content that violates Czech or EU law,
• using the App for automated data collection without the Operator's written consent.

4.6 User as controller of player data

A user who enters personal data of third parties acts as an independent DATA CONTROLLER under GDPR. The Operator acts as DATA PROCESSOR.

The Operator is not liable for damages caused by unavailability of the Service, data loss, or errors in result detection. The App may be changed or discontinued at any time.

All content of the App is the property of the Operator or licensed from third parties. Users may use the App solely for personal or internal club, non-commercial purposes.

The basic features of the App are free. If paid features are introduced, the payment terms and pricing will be published before purchase with at least 14 days' prior notice.

Continued use of the App after 14 days from publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If a user does not agree with the changes, they may close their account.

These terms are governed by Czech law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

Consumers also have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
